Dream Build Pte Ltd was founded in 2020 as a Singapore-based contractor specializing in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering services, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Integrated Building Services (IBS), green energy solutions, renovation, plumbing, painting, Reconfiguration works, Fit-out works, Repair & Redecoration works and Addition & Alteration (A&A) works. OUR OFFICE

Our office is designed to support a productive and collaborative work environment. It includes a dedicated workspace for daily operations and a well-equipped meeting room to facilitate discussions, planning, and client meetings. The layout promotes efficient communication and teamwork among staff and management.

INVENTORY OF M&E MATERIAL & SPARES

All required materials such as ceiling boards, PVC pipes, access panel, water discharge tray, and paint will be checked and verified on-site before commencement of work.
A small quantity of spare materials (e.g., extra PVC fittings, paint, plaster compound) will be kept on-site to cater for unforeseen adjustments or minor damages.
Materials will be stored in a designated, dry, and secure area to prevent damage or loss prior to installation.
